The following photos are samples of the items that were buried 20 feet deep, behind the Highway Garage. This
striper was buried in 1987, after the decision was made to scrap this machinery, instead of selling it at the County
Auction, with the rest of old equipment. The Transportation Committee of Don Zeilenga, voted to dismantle the
striper for fear it may have been bid on by one of the local municipalities. The County Highway did contracted paint
striping for surrounding municipalities. This was the topic of a Public Corruption Investigation, spurred by a
complaint given to EPA. This machinery had residue of lead based paint that was used with this machine. Paint
lines were flushed clear routinely with the chemical solvent with the name Zylene.

know that this was not taking place, is ludicrous. He made a statement, that dust may have covered this machinery. Dust? 11 years

to swallow a machine this size. This was the way to avoid the expense of paying to have it disposed of properly. Then, you have a
landfill up in Bartlet on Schick Road that has all kinds of unsuspected materials such as asbestos dumped over the years, that have

Why We Have Toxic Drinking Water
This site as well as the many posts on Illinois Politics at Yahoo Groups, believe to be moderated by none other than "Daddy" Madigan is to bring
awareness to it's readers, the exposure of the corruption by Elected Public Officials, here in Illinois, focusing on, mainly DuPage County, though is
also prevalent in Cook County. The Office of the Attorney General has a branch office in Chicago, but it only seems, knowing this, only boldness
these Criminal types of our elected process. This is enable to continue by "OBSTRUCTION" by the Attorney General's Office. Crime pays in
Illinois, especially if you are one of the protected elite members of the standing "Political Party" that is in power. This enables these Politicians to
be "Above the Law!" This is considered a benefit, that goes with the job, as few are rarely indicted, much less investigated. Ryan was an
exception to the rules. They have to sacrifice one, once in a while, to reassure residents, that the Attorney General is on top of the Crimes. Yeah
Right! If this were true, our citizen's would be free from Elder and Senior abuses, such as in real estate fraud, that continues to rape our elderly
and Disabled of their assets they worked all their life for. All in the name of Campaign funds.
These are the concerns for everyone, that each and every person must be aware of. The biggest by far is the real estate fraud. Look at your
home's deed. Make sure it is in your name. Crooked lawyers and real estate will come in without your knowledge and file for an administrative
deed. Unaware of what has happened, you will not know, until one day you are served with an eviction notice. All that money you paid over the
years, you might as well have put in the garbage can. This is how your Government is taking and stealing what is rightfully yours. Recently, the
Federal Courts have even enacted legal seizure of your property with the passage of "Eminent Domain." Just another way to steal what you work
so hard for all your life. So reach over and grab your ankles, as you'll most likely end up on the street, as they will not pay you what your property
is worth. In fact in most case, they will rezone it for commercial, and get 3-4 times as much for it, if not more. Are we happy yet? Bush bragging
about the record number of people able to own their homes this year. The big question is just how long before the Government comes in and
takes possession of it, and gives you maybe a 1/3 of what it is actually worth. Then they complain about China being so bad towards their people.
Time to wake-up and start educating yourself and start fighting back, and fight for what is legally yours.
There are many concerns you need to be aware of as well as real estate fraud. Another aspect of the corruption we have uncovered is
environmental corruption. Hazardous and illegal dumping in our landfills and vacant lots or abandon commercial sites that may contain hazards
that have been improperly stored, or supposedly cleaned up over the past. Now in DuPage County, we are finding out what effects this has as
residents can no longer drink from the wells as they have to drink bottled water, because some of the wells have been contaminated. If your still
drinking well water, please have it tested periodically for contamination. It is only a matter of time, before no one will be able to use their wells.
This all could have been preventable, but your representative thought it was in their best interest to turn a blind eye. Any loads going into any
landfill should have been inspected years ago. They knew it would be costly and one can only speculate that somebody was getting the pockets
greased, to ignore implementing rules and safety guidelines for all dumping. Hazardous materials is under the control of EPA. They have
standards to dispose of properly, and this should have been the standard, but some though it was too costly. Now DuPage County has one of the
highest cancer rates in Illinois. Makes you wonder how your representative is spending your tax dollars, and just who is he protecting? Most are
self-serving and only have the almighty dollars on their minds. This is nothing more than greedy politicians hard at work, profiting in the sake of
protecting your interest! They are in place to control waste as DuPage does so well. They spent most of an Emergency Fund of 187 million in
1998, to cover-up a contaminated site at the DuPage County Highway Department. This, when they finally dug up the old striper, that was buried
in 1987. This was a lead-based paint striper used to paint the lines on the road. The paint lines were flushed with a highly flammable solvent
called Xylene. Look it up if you don't believe me. It saturated the ground for 10 years, in the back yard, very near the creek that is part of the west
branch that empties into the DuPage River. This is how your DuPage Representatives protect your interest and spend your money. They lied to
you about it, and said there was no contamination. That is because they dug up most of the contaminated soil and hauled it out and replaced it.

pages before you intend to vote. This will educate on just how much corruption there is in DuPage County. Any questions you may have, I
probably have an answer, or can answer the best I can. I worked for the Highway Department from 1987-1999 before they decided to make an
example out of me, because they could, as they are above the law. I am a "Disabled Purple Heart Veteran" with a service-connected disability, and
now on a total and permanent disability, because of this abusive practice of retaliation.
I exposed this corruption, protected under the First Amendment Rights, also known as the "Bill of Rights." Well, not in DuPage County, and surely
not practiced by any of our Government agencies; that is for everyone else to abide by. Like I said, they are "Above the Law." I exposed the
corruption in 2002 and to this date, still am being retaliated against. Joe Birkett wrote a letter, a request to block my wife's visa. She is a Chinese
National. So much for the legal process as the political favors in this one are the usual DuPage Corruption style. Relentless it appears, as both
my Congressman and senator have been involved and they have not been able to intervene. So there has to be a lot of money greased, that is
ending up in the Consular section chief's pocket.
The only way this was able to be facilitated, is through the help of Homeland Security. We thought this Federal Government Agency was created
to protect Americans from Terrorist's? They are a Terrorists Organization, when they facilitate retaliation. That's a Federal Corruption Scandal
now! Birkett has few contacts, so I'm sure Judy Barr Topinka is also involved in this. Birkett must have invited him, so they could compare notes.
I'm sure Birkett wants to be #1 before he goes out, and he will.
This brings up to the latest, or most recent of OBSTRUCTION." The denial from Dennis Hastert. He is from DuPage County, home being Batavia,
Illinois. Now, you have to ask yourself just how is any politician able to move ahead in Washington. I figure it is a merit system. The more you are
able to Obstruct for say the GOP as in Hastert and Birkett's case, you pass go and collect your $200.00. Dennis Hastert has known about the
"EXPLICIT" emails for over a year now. He has been playing the card that has gotten him his power. OBSTRUCTION! He has been protecting his
GOP party from any and all corruption, and as the speaker has a duty to his fellow members, even if they are predators as Foley was. It is the
mentality of these corrupt Officials in high Office. It is the power of the position and their love of money or Greed for it. Nothing else matters to
them. This is the kind of corruption that has allowed our children to be preyed upon by these predators. They are not going to change! With the
recidivism rate of close to 90%, why do we continue to allow them back out, on the streets. The same goes with any person with a DUI. They allow
him to drive pending his court date and you might as well hand him a loaded gun. Try running down a police officer with your car. That's an
automatic attempted murder charge. What does a person with a DUI charge get? The mentality for most crimes is that it is an acceptable practice
of behavior, that is why not much will ever get resolved as the majority of the lawmakers are involved in being trial lawyers, or are being persuaded
by them to avoid harsh punishment. This allows the system to continue to make plea deals. Why? There is big money in it! This is why Birkett sat
on the indictments in 1998, instead of prosecuting Board Members and the County Administrator that were involved in the Public Corruption
Investigation at the time. He then being an Elite Member in good standing since that time "protect," or rather "OBSTRUCTING" that has allowed
him now to run for Lt. Governor. I hope you use your "Common Sense" before you cast your vote. Illinois needs to clean up it's act in promoting
honest Government. Even at #5 is nothing to be bragging about. We all have opinions and the 1st Amendment protects that right. This is mind
and hopefully DuPage Government will be humiliated enough, because of this to learn acceptance of opinions and respect the rights of it's
workers, rather than the use of their intimidation tactics, that they appear to rule with their iron fists.

massive over-loading of these trucks during the winter, crack from was getting common. This last year I worked, there were 3, 2 were
repaired and this was dead-lined. Well until management decided they needed to put in back on the road and use it. It was Ford's
recommendation not to use it. It went as a trade-in on the new shipment of trucks.
This other is several views of a proportionate valve. This was found on one of my winter get ready assigned to get ready for the snow
season. The spring at the bottom is not suppose to be visible. It should have been replaced. I was told not to fix it be the Heavy
Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, Charles Curcio. This is a major problem at the county. They never allow enough for vehicle
repairs, so there is no preventive maintenance as there should be. The politicals will kill someone one day. Imagine if you will this truck
being over-loaded by the normal 5-6 tons extra, coming down the hill off 75th Street at Route 53. This spring finally breaks it will lock up
all brakes and send this vehicle into a skid. Now, DON'T YOU FEEL SAFE?
